Your body can do a lot ! Can change can be strong can run for hours can bicycle for hours can hold you upside down with a strength of your core in a head stand . But here’s the hard truth just because it can and you want it to it won’t . Any physical skill / fitness is like learning a language . You have to take it slow first learn the alphabets phonetics and then form sentences write paragraphs and then a book . The progression depends on consistency. The progression depends on growth. Do you see a child study in the 1 st grade for 5 years ? No . Then if you’ve been walking an hour a day why are you still only doing that ? Why aren’t you progressing ? Why not try to jog a bit then increase to run ? Do more in your workouts and do them daily . That’s progressive consistency..THAT will get results ! So go be awesome :) I like everyone else is trying my best everyday too 🙏😘

Hello !! Happy Monday y’all . Today it’s a happy one for me . Kicked off HydroFit sessions @jwmarriottblr . Done with two sessions and my 1/2 Km swim . One more to go to teach in the afternoon 2:30 . I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing response this area got for my classes . It was as if people were waiting this side of town . ☺️Truly humbled 🙏! Which btw does not mean that I will be sweet in class . I’m a mean mean pushy coach 😈😈!!
