About Pooja Arora
Pooja’s affair with fitness began with the aim of beating her own obesity and arthritis. She worked hard to conquer her health problems and get back into shape. This personal journey towards a fitter self, inspired Pooja to undergo professional training and acquire coveted qualifications in her area of work. She then went on to become a fitness coach and spread the joy of healthy living. Today Pooja lives by and trains on a single mantra – ‘Fitness for all’.
